Smittlägesrapporter

Varje år publicerar SVA omfattande rapporter om övervakningen av smittsamma sjukdomar hos djur och människor i Sverige.  

Smittläget i Sverige för djursjukdomar och zoonoser 

Rapporten beskriver smittläget i Sverige för djursjukdomar och zoonoser baserat på den övervakning som genomfördes i landet under föregående år. Den omfattar övervakning av viktiga djursjukdomar och zoonotiska smittämnen hos djur, människor, livsmedel och foder. Från år 2023 publiceras rapporten på svenska. Tidigare år har den framförallt publicerats på engelska, bland annat under namnet Surveillance of infectious diseases in animals and humans in Sweden Rapporten produceras i samarbete med Folkhälsomyndigheten, Livsmedelsverket och Jordbruksverket, men även andra organisationer och universitet är med och bidrar. 

EU:s zoonosrapport 

Den europeiska myndigheten för livsmedelssäkerhet, EFSA, och den europeiska smittskyddsmyndigheten ECDC ger varje år ut både en europeisk zoonosrapport och en resistensrapport. Uppgifter till dessa sammanställningar samlas in från alla medlemsstater, samt för de europeiska länder som inte ingår i EU men som skickar in data. 

SVA samlar in och sammanställer en rapport om zoonoser, zoonotiska agens och antimikrobiell resistens i foder, hos djur och i livsmedel i Sverige. Data samlas in från andra svenska myndigheter samt branschorganisationer. Rapporten skickas till EFSA.  

ECDC samlar in data om zoonoser hos människa från nationella folkhälsomyndigheter. 

Swedres/Svarm-rapporter 

SVA och Folkhälsomyndigheten ger i samarbete varje år ut rapporten Swedres/Svarm. Här redovisas antibiotikaresistensläget hos bakterier från djur och människor, däribland salmonella.

Smittläget i Sverige för djursjukdomar och zoonoser 2023

Sedan 2009 har Statens veterinärmedicinska anstalt (SVA) publicerat en årlig rapport som beskriver smittläget i Sverige för djursjukdomar och zoonoser baserat på resultat från den sjukdomsövervakning som genomfördes i landet under föregående år. Årets rapport är den 15:e i ordningen, och den första som ges ut på svenska.
